Are VERB products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all our products are PETA-certified cruelty-free. While most of our lineup is vegan, a few select products contain honey or beeswax; please check the ingredient list on each product page for specific details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do your products contain sulfates or parabens?
No. We believe in high-quality hair care without the harmful extras. All VERB products are formulated without sulfates, parabens, or phthalates.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
